In consultation with City of Albany KBC developed and delivered a series of six ‘Smart Club Introduction to Business Planning’ workshops for sport and recreation clubs, run over four months, with a workshop held every three/four weeks.  Each workshop challenged executive committees to review their current practices, processes and documentation with the ultimate aim to improve their club governance and facility management.
Key themes for the workshops included:

      • FINANCE

KBC developed resources to support the workshops, coordinated key presenters, sourced useful websites and provided ongoing support to the committees over the six month project.
